奶油乳酪牛油蛋糕 (分蛋式)
材料:
125g
牛油
125g
奶油奶酪 (Cream Cheese)
140g
糖粉
4
粒 蛋黄
170g
低筋面粉(过筛)
1tsp
发粉
12g Parmesan Cheese Powder
1tbsp 柠檬梢
4粒 蛋白
1tsp 柠檬汁

做法:
1
)牛油,奶油奶酪和糖打至松发。

)加入柠檬梢,分次加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
3)把过筛的粉类倒入拌匀,即成蛋黄糊。

)蛋白加入柠檬汁打至显湿型发泡。

)取1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊,以切拌的方式混合均匀,再把面糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜,快手拌匀。

)倒入7寸活动圆模里,140 – 150度,烤约45分钟至熟。

)烤熟后,取出倒扣冷却。
